Kickstart Scheme

We at Arjun Global have completed more than 300 applications on behalf of UK businesses and reached out to hundreds of companies to apply for the Kickstart Scheme to give a chance of employment to young people who are currently on universal credit or who are unemployed. Our mission is to help young people who are facing the risk of long term unemployment boost their skills and help start-ups and companies uplift their business by employing the Kickstarters. But what is the Kickstart Scheme?

The Kickstart Scheme launched by the Conservative government provides funding to create new jobs for 16 to 24 year olds on Universal Credit who are at risk of long term unemployment. Employers of all sizes in England, Scotland and Wales can apply and will get funding until 30 June 2022 if a young person starts their job until 31 December 2021.

“Our mission here is to aid young people who are facing the risk of long term unemployment because of the pandemic and to boost young start-ups or companies to uplift their business by employing the Kickstarters. This really is a win – win scheme. “
