Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Arjun Global (Arjglo Consultancy Services Private Limited), we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our clients and customers. This policy outlines how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled for all purchases made through our official platforms, including payments processed via Stripe.
1. Scope
This policy applies to:
- Services – consulting, advisory sessions, and training programs.
- Events & Workshops – both online and in-person programs organized by Arjun Global.
- Digital Products – e-books, online courses, guides, and downloadable resources.
- Physical Products – if offered, such as books, merchandise, or learning materials.
2. Cancellations
Services & Consulting
- Cancellations are permitted only if requested at least 60 days before the scheduled start date.
- Requests made within 60 days of the service date are non-refundable.
- Substitution or rescheduling may be considered at Arjun Global’s discretion, subject to availability.
Events & Workshops
- Cancellations are permitted only if requested at least 60 days before the scheduled event date.
- Requests made within 60 days of the event are non-refundable.
- Substitution of a participant may be considered at Arjun Global’s discretion.
Digital Products
- Purchases of digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
- In case of technical issues, our team will work with you to restore access or provide a replacement copy.
Physical Products
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be returned (see below).
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only for eligible cancellations as described above.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
- Payment gateway fees, bank charges, taxes, and administrative costs are non-refundable.
- Digital downloads, gift cards, and promotional items are strictly non-refundable.
4. Returns (Physical Products Only)
- Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
5. Cancellation by Arjun Global
Arjun Global reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service, event, or product order due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, low enrollment, or force majeure.
- In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule/replace.
6. Notice Periods & Timelines
All notice periods, refund timelines, and processing durations mentioned in this policy are indicative and subject to change. While Arjun Global will make reasonable efforts to adhere to them, the company shall not be held liable for strict compliance with such timelines in cases of administrative delays, third-party dependencies, or other circumstances beyond its control.
